Actor Jagathy Sreekumar has been admitted in a hospital at Kozhikode after an accident at 4.30 am today (March 10). He was on the way to Mercara for a shooting and his car hit the divider, at Panambra near the University campus in Kozhikode.
As per early reports, he is in ventilator right now with serious injuries to his chest and stomach. His driver Anil Kumar, who hails from Perumbavoor, has also been injured seriously.
According to the latest from the hospital, there is no threat to his life, though the injuries are serious. The doctors will decide whether to go for a surgery only after getting the scanning reports.
