Deepti Nambiar, who did a small role in the Tamil hitEngeyum Eppothum, is currently playing the heroine in director Pradeep Nair’s Cherukkanum Pennum.
Sreejith Vijay, who shot into fame in Rathinirvedam,is playing the male lead. The shooting of the film is currently going on in Kochi.
The Malayali girl, who is based in Pune, is the heroine of Ungal Viruppam and is also shooting for two Tamil films - Murugadoss Thuppakki and Vincent Selva’s film.
“I always wanted to do a Malayalam film andCherukkanum Pennum had an attractive role. I am looking forward to do more films in Malayalam, depending on the roles that I am offered,” says the beauty.
