Director M Padmakumar’s Jayaram starrerThiruvambady Thamban, which was scheduled for this week, has been postponed now.
The film will now hit the screens on April 27, as per the current plans.
Jayaram plays the member of a traditional and wealthy household from Thrissur. Kannada star Haripriya is the heroine in Thiruvambady Thamban, which has been scripted by S Suresh Babu.
The story mainly revolves around the characters played by Jayaram, Jagathy Sreekumar and Nedumudi Venu.
The trio goes to purchase a tusker and things go wrong on their way back.
The rumour has it that the film’s release got delayed, as the approval for the scenes involving the tusker has not been received yet.
