Rahman for a Spielberg film

After the big Oscar win, music maestro A R Rahman is once again to Hollywood. This time Rahman will be giving music to a movie by none other than Steven Spielberg, famous for his bigger hits like 'Jurassic Park'. Titled as 'Welcome to the people', the movie is scripted and directed by Alex Kurtzmen, famous for his 'Mission Impossible' series. 'Welcome to People' narrates a tale about a struggling young man who, after the funeral of his estranged record-producer father, discovers that they will stipulates that he must deliver $150,000 in cash to a 30-year-old alcoholic sister he never knew existed, and her troubled 12-year-old son. The movie which is already on production will be funded by Steven Spielberg's 'Dream works'. Rahman had earlier been to Hollywood for movies like 127 hours, couples retreat and the Oscar Winner' Slum dog Millionaire'. The musician is also busy with his plenty of projects in Tamil and Hindi.
